NBC FG places ban on 'Fans mi', 'Bobo', 'Gbese' 'Tesojue'
The regulatory house has released a list of
songs and music video which are to be
removed from public broadcast due to a
number of reasons.
A number of top songs have been banned
from being played by national radio and TV
broadcasting houses by the National
Broadcasting Commission (NBC).

In a list published by NBC, 20 songs and
videos from local and international artistes
are to be removed from air due to major
reasons – “Vulgar lyrics and Obscene
videos”.
Songs affected range from the current to past
hit songs. Olamide’s music appears twice on
the list. The buzzing ‘Bobo’ single, and his
collaboration with CDQ and Masterkraft
‘Indomie ’ are affected. Wizkid ’s ‘In my bed’,
Phyno’s ‘ Yayo ’, Reminisce ’s ‘Tesojue ’,
Iyanya’s ‘Gift, and many others.
